When will you send my package?
We ship from Monday to Thursday. We also do not ship immediately before holidays. For example, if a public holiday falls on Wednesday, we do not ship on Tuesday. All in the interest of ensuring that the package does not lie an extra day in the sorting office.
Do you answer all the questions?
We answer all questions that we can answer. We do not answer questions about, for example, the cultivation of psilocybin mushrooms or their dosage or methods of consumption.
Manual/postal transfer?
If you chose the manual/postal/standard transfer options and did not get a confirmation 48h after the transfer that the order is "in process" then we probably could not pair the amounts or titles for some reason. Send us the payment confirmation in this case.
Do you ship in hot weather?
We did shipping tests at high temperatures. Everything was ok with the mycelium - it's hard to damage this organism.
