Is grow putty legal in Poland?
Yes, Grow kit does not contain illegal substances in it. These are created after the fruiting bodies are made to grow - therefore, this should not be done.
Can I order a package for a parcel machine?
Yes - of course. At the moment we only use this form of shipping.
Are you a legitimate company?
Yes, we are a fully legal - registered in Poland company. The company data can be found in regulations. We pay taxes in Poland.
Is it possible to pay with cryptocurrencies?
There is no such possibility at this point.
Can I pay at the post office?
Yes - but remember that we wait 36h for the payment to be credited - after this time the order is canceled. Therefore, after ordering as soon as possible go to the post office - to make payment. It is best to do it on the first days of the week - the weekend delays posting. However, we recommend electronic payments such as BLIK

When will you send my package?
We send parcels from Monday to Wednesday* - so that they do not lie in the sorting office over the weekend. We send parcels up to 72h after the transfer is paired with the order (remember to include the order number in the title when making the transfer). We check transfers once a day before 9:00 - if the transfer is credited to our bank after this hour we will consider/pair it only the next day. If you haven't received an email "order in progress" within 60h of the transfer - write to us - we probably can't pair the order with the transfer. If we don't pair and you don't hear from us, we return the transfer to the account from which it came.
*On Thursday we send emergency/on-demand - as it happened to us several times that a package from Thursday did not arrive on Friday and lay over the weekend in the sorting office.
Note: If, for example, Wednesday falls on a public holiday [holiday] - we send packages only on Monday. For the reason as above - so that parcels do not lie in the sorting office for an extra day.
Do you plan to introduce growkits of mushrooms that can be grown in Poland?
Yes, we will soon introduce growkits of the fungus Lion's Mane Soplum - Lion's Mane 🙂

At what temperature should growkit be stored?
Growkit [any brand] should be stored at 4-5*C - in the dark. The shorter the better. In theory, growkit remains ready for research for several months - in practice, however, the home refrigerator has a very variable temp - which shortens this time drastically.
