Inert red | Prenatal staining of protozoa, addition of acetic acid. |
Congo Red | Yeast, bacteria and protozoa staining; acidity index. |
Methylene blue | Staining of white blood corpuscles, bacteria, pH indicator; component of Giemsa dye. |
Nile Blue | Staining of lipids, microorganisms, vacuoles and reticulocytes. |
Eosin Y | Staining of cytoplasm, red blood cells, widely used in histology and cytology. |
Hematoxylin | Staining of nucleic acids and cell nuclei; a classic histological stain. |
Isopropanol | Isopropyl alcohol for decolorization, a substitute for methanol and ethanol. |
Preparation tools | Microscope slides, preparation needle, scalpel No. 11, Pasteur pipettes (1 ml and 3 ml), watch slide, glass bottles, carrying case with handle and closure. |
