Shroom is an English slang term for magic mushrooms - psilocybin mushrooms. In Poland it is not very popular - but in the Netherlands, for example, it is more popular than magic mushroom. Shroom comes, of course, from the word mushroom. The term "Shroom it" means more or less "let's shroom it":)
